We had the unfortunate situation where a leak in our condo led to the formation of mould. We were not involved with hiring All Clear (that was the property manager), but we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. Sidnei, and his team, expedited the work in a timely manner, and were prompt. When I decided to change old floor material in my kitchen I found vinyl tiles there. This was an asbestos type of tiles and I had them around hundred square feet. I already knew that asbestos is a government regulated material and I can not to remove it as a DIY project and need to hire team of professionals. I called several asbestos removal companies in South Ontario to get more information. One of them was All Clear Environmental and it turned out the best option in my case. Sidnei was very responsive and immediately offered to come to work site to make an appraisal. He asked me about my best offer from other companies, and offered me better price. I accepted his offer. He sent me a paper with appraisal price and when job was done a receipt. All of these details were important to me. I could pay with my credit card. Job was done with all government standards. Kitchen, basement, windows and ventilation open spaces were tightly sealed and no dust could penetrate to other parts of the house. So that me and my family could state in the home safely while team of professionals from All Clear Environmental worked in my kitchen. When job was done everything was wet vacuum cleaned and safe to come in. I am happy to rid of dangerous substance in my house and finish reno project.

His crew worked hard – multiple full days of set up, abatement, and tear down/clean up.
